Well… there is this one episode where Anne was trying too hard to change herself to fit who she felt she had to be to impress a guy. And at the end of the day, it did not “look good on her.” 😖 When we are too worried about what others think and try to change, it rarely looks good on us.

In addition to graduating, these past few weeks have been a roller coaster. You know that saying, “when it rains it pours”? Well… It’s pouring and pouring hard.

I asked her why she was so nervous for these conversations, when it is her job to help people be more successful in their roles, and she told me, “ I care about everyone so much. Hurting people’s feelings kills me inside.” 

You know those people who just do those little things that piss you off… Try living with your sister…

I LOVE to travel. Whenever we get the chance, my husband and I always take time to get out of town. Especially living in the cold tundra of Fargo, ND.

Then I have to make the little decisions like what to wear each day, what to eat for every meal, what to spend my money on, what people I want to spend my time with… WE ARE CONSTANTLY MAKING DECISIONS… and I was going crazy. 

Can I try your food? Probably one of the most annoying phrases for some people…

Drew works for Light Consulting and shares on the importance of leaning into your values in order to find alignment. Drew’s word for the year is “alignment”. Do you have a word for the year?

I grew up in a small town, and everyone played at least 2 sports and sometimes even three. There was an opportunity for everyone to get involved with anything they really wanted to, even if they weren’t the best.
