Self Discovery
What if it happens?
As we made our way down the stairs and started down the second set, I caught a glimpse of the Vikings game on tv. As I started to read the score….*%j79kls*8J# AHHHHHH!!! My sock slid on the hardwood floor. Onto my back I fell, with June in my arms, and I skipped on my back down about 5 steps – it felt similar to a rock skipping across a river.
How do you feel when you honk your horn?
The other day, as I was approaching a roundabout, I noticed a vehicle in front of me that was completely stopped. There were absolutely no cars coming from any direction. Yet, they were just sitting there…. “Do I honk my horn, or do I not honk my horn?”

Power In The Pivot
The Burnout Prevention Project has been our company name since February of 2021, and has served a great purpose for creating context and conversation. We thought, “We just really want to make a positive impact and help those who are struggling with stress and burnout.” But something has felt off.
That Shirt Doesn’t Look Good On You
Well… there is this one episode where Anne was trying too hard to change herself to fit who she felt she had to be to impress a guy. And at the end of the day, it did not “look good on her.” 😖 When we are too worried about what others think and try to change, it rarely looks good on us.
The Energy Score
Often people influence our energy levels… so ask yourself: “Who am I spending my time with?”
