On top of that, when it comes to training someone new, you should spend 5 times as much time training them as it takes you to personally complete the task. So if it takes you 5 minutes to complete the task, you should spend 25 minutes training them.
Now, persuasion can be a very good thing! If someone persuades you to volunteer with them or you persuade your friend to come to a fun concert with you, that’s fantastic! But sometimes it can be….well….not so good.
So instead of just mindlessly going through the motions, what if periodically throughout your day, you sent texts, e-mails, or a thoughtful note, to someone when you think of them in that moment.
