Group Sessions

If you are selected for the program, the group sessions are on: Tuesday, October 11th, 18th, 25th, November 1st, 8th, and 15th from 3pm – 5pm

Week 1: Understanding Burnout Prevention

  • How do I prevent burnout?
  • What is the stress cycle and how do I navigate it?

Week 2: Your Mindset Matters

  • Recognizing your negative thoughts and abolishing them
  • Acknowledge and eliminate imposter syndrome & perfection paralysis

Week 3: Re-Define Winning

  • Giving yourself permission to take imperfect action
  • Be more patient with yourself and others when a mistake is made

Week 4: Set Unbreakable Boundaries

  • Discover how to protect your calendar and align your commitments with your values
  • How to navigate how and when to prioritize taking care of yourself

Week 5: Give Yourself Grace

  • Learn how to incorporate more rest into your week
  • Alleviating the pressure and the “shoulds” you put on yourself

Week 6: Group Session: Review Day and Action Planning

  • Those in the program will bring their most challenging issues we’ve covered in the last couple of weeks, so we can create an action plan moving forward.
