Kelsey's goal is to help you flourish in all areas of your life, both personally and professionally. She founded You Flourish Company to support the Fargo community and beyond, offering the tools and guidance needed to overcome overwhelm and reach your goals.

Brianna Nistler

Brianna is a group facilitator for the Flourish Formula Course. Brianna is a fierce trailblazer for young girls and women by breaking down barriers, stigmas, and stereotypes. She is passionate about helping women overcome obstacles or challenges they may be facing, discover their true potential, and finding contentment in their life. She will provide you with a safe space to be vulnerable, a support system, new friendships, and embrace who you are!

Spring course will be hosted (VIRTUAL) Thursdays 11am - 1pm on March 5th, 12th, 26th and April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th

Fall course will be hosted (VIRTUAL) Thursdays 11am - 1pm on September 17th, 24th, October 1st, October 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, November 5th

Kyah Armitage

Kyah is deeply passionate about people and is committed to providing support and creating opportunities for those around her. Her growth-oriented mindset drives her to continuously seek new ways to enhance her skills and to achieve goals. She loves spending quality time with her husband and two children, engaging in family-oriented activities such as playing board games, enjoying lake outings, gardening and foraging, and working on home renovations. Additionally, Kyah's love for snowboarding, camping, and hiking further reflects her adventurous spirit and her appreciation for the great outdoors.

Lindsey Svir

Lindsey is a mom, wife, friend, and Loan Officer at Valley Mortgage, Inc. in Fargo, ND! Lindsey Svir started in the mortgage industry in 2013. She enjoys helping both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors find the best mortgage product available. She is passionate about growth and helping women see their true potential through the Flourish Formula course.

Nikki Lischefske

Nikki is a dedicated group facilitator for the Flourish Formula Course, known for her warmth and ability to connect with everyone. A proud mother of three beautiful girls, she balances family life with her career as an insurance agent at OnPoint Insurance and owner of Vision Events in Fargo. Nikki’s true gift is her passion for building meaningful relationships, combining her expertise with a kind-hearted nature to inspire and support others.
