Refresh & Reconnect Retreat

Stepping away from the crazy and into the calm.

AUGUST 8TH, 2023 | Rustic Oaks - Moorhead, MN

We Are In An Epidemic of Distraction And Anxiety.

When is the last time you were able to be fully present in the moment?

Does your mental clutter never end?

Are you struggling to find peace amidst the chaos?

How could your life be different if you showed yourself more self compassion?

Instead of subtracting things from your life, you continue to pile on more and more things, because that’s what the world tells you will bring you joy.

What you really need to alleviate the anxiety isn’t a beer, a night out, or a new job, but instead quiet time to declutter your mind and gain clarity.

Less Is More.

At the Refresh & Reconnect Retreat, you will leave feeling a sense of mental clarity and newfound self compassion.

Through personal reflection, group discussion, and learning from great speakers, you will come to understand that less is more.

Less distractions and less noise will lead you to a life of more joy and peace… Isn’t that what we are all seeking?

Join us on August 8th for the Refresh & Reconnect Retreat!
