There is not one area of our life that isn’t impacted by our health and well-being. Becoming a healthier version of yourself ripples into every part of your life, including your relationships, your career, and your overall happiness. It requires constant and intentional effort and courage. BUT THAT CAN BE HARD! And often times we get frustrated and stuck because we revert back to old habits, old ways, old patterns of thinking. Why Is Being Grateful So Hard?
The world tells us that gratitude journals or setting reminders on our phones will help us become the most grateful people… But sometimes that just doesn’t work. I wanted to write a blog to give the best advice out there, but I may not have the best advice when it comes to gratitude.
