Are you feeling seasick?
The waves were SO BIG that the second I caught a glimpse of the horizon line, it was being blocked by a large swell.
We felt so sick, we ended up having to turn the boat around early and cut our fishing trip in half. I was so disappointed, and I felt like we had failed and also wasted our money
How I Found Peace in My Work

Let’s talk stress!
“sympathetic nervous system, your fight or flight”- to kick in. At that point, the nervous system releases the stress hormones, like adrenaline and cortisol, making your heart beat faster, your muscles tighten, and your breathing becomes more rapid.
They said WHAT?!
There is always an underlying reason someone will say something like that to you. When someone has an issue with you, it is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING to do to consider their motives.
Align with Your Passions
There’s so much pressure to figure out what you are passionate about.
When you graduate college, or even before you go, people expect you to know what you are passionate about and then expect you to pursue a career in that…. But I am a firm believer that your passions can change all the time.
